Ship — inventory is below period sales. Suggested shipment tops inventory back up to the sales figure (sales − inventory).
Urgent restock — inventory is at zero but the SKU still sold units. Recommended shipment = 2× period sales, to cover the stockout period plus a buffer.
Not sent yet — zero inventory and zero sales. No demand signal, flagged separately rather than given a quantity.
